MEET OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF

A native of St. Louis Missouri, Chef Sean moved to Clearwater, Florida in 1999, where he started cooking professionally at Innisbrook Country Club and Resort in Tarpon Springs in 2003. After finishing up culinary school in Orlando and college at USF in Tampa, he started working at Universal Studios. Chef Sean has also held positions with several other notable properties, including Waldorf Astoria at Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Chef Todd English’s Bluezoo at the Swan and Dolphin Hotel, Hyatt Regency Sarasota, Hyatt Regency Newport Beach and Charlie Palmer’s Harvest Inn in St. Helena.

In his downtime, you can find Sean at a concert, playing guitar, record collecting or playing disc golf.
