At Urban Tavern, our wine philosophy is to serve wines sourced from vineyards close to us. We select wines that are farmed sustainably and provide the perfect pairing for our food.
We believe that too much alcohol or astringency can get in the way of enjoying the play between your plate and your glass. That's why we search for domestic wines that represent a European/old world style and flavor - emphasizing elegance over power with a structure that compliments food. And just as wine changes in the bottle, we will change the wine list each season to feature new and exciting producers who create the perfect blend of traditional yet modern.
